HumidX Plus 3-pack is designed to be used with the AirMini™ CPAP machine which is designed for dry environments. The HumidX Plus should be replaced before 30 days of opening the HumidX Plus pack. The HumidX is a waterless humidifier.

HumidX versus of HMEs
Other HMEs are placed after the mask vent but the HumidX is located before the mask vent. Other HMEs make you inhale dry air. Then you as you exhale most of the heat and moisture from your breath escapes out of the vent instead of redirecting back into the mask. With the HumidX the air is able to be inhaled and exhaled with heat and moisture with every breath which provides for an effective waterless humidification. 

Please be advised each HumidX lasts for 30 days once it has been opened out of its packaging.
