5. SHIPPING

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. MonitorMedical Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at support@monitormedical.com. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
